    • MACD 28994677 – all of our orders originate as what’s called a MACD (MACD= move, add, change, or disconnect). The MACD is submitted. The MACDs are reviewed by a technical consultant and then order entry. Once they review/scrub the orders they key the next steps which is a linx order which then creates a PSR. In this case your PSR is 11994320.
      Its basically a system order process as to where we can track any of the three with any one of the referenced orders. So for example, you could have a MACD# but NOT have a PSR# yet. However, if you have a PSR# then you had to have either the MACD# or SFA# (this is usually brand new customer orders).
